It was very clean with good facilities. Easy to get a taxi- Close to all the main tourist spots. The outdoor restaurant had live music which made our evenings even better.

Location. Very short transfer from Dubai airport for a short overnight stay before onward travel. Great pool with comfy sunbeds and lovely large pool towels. A variety of restaurants all available at the hotel so lots of choice . Free shuttle from and to the airport.

Location is great whoever wants to be near airport and a metro station. The staff was friendly, polite and helpfull. I am not a gym fan however my time there was good and the area looks clean and well maintained.

Very nice & comfortable outside pool-area; really value for money spent. Also our rooms were given at the check-in before noon, which most hotels don't do...even if empty/clean rooms ready/available; so was a splended bonus. Buffet dinner also available & very spacious room. 11/10 value

I had a long flight, arrived late (around midnight ) and while stepping out of the taxi, forgot my laptop bag in the taxi. In my laptop bag was not only a laptop but also a few other valuable things. Hotel staff did their utmost to help me retrieve my items. They reviewed hotel camera recordings to identify the taxi, then they connected me to the responsible authority....they really went an extra mile. Result - I had my laptop bag delivered (by the same driver) to me the next day!!
